Membership Cards

Each time a member comes to the Club, he/she must scan his/her membership card at the front desk. Lost cards will be replaced for $5 per card.

Membership Card Policy

Wakeman has a membership tracking system that requires all members to bring their membership cards every time they enter the club. Members swipe their cards through a scanner when they come into the building. This system will allow staff to track attendance and to alert the staff as to who is in the Club. This eliminates non-members from using the Club with the emphasis on security in our daily lives. It is very important for parents to stress to their child the importance of presenting their card when entering the Club.

Guest Policy

A member is allowed to bring one guest per visit at a cost of $5 per visit. All guests must fill out a membership application. Children are only allowed to be a guest once. After that they are expected to become members. Guest fees paid to Wakeman will not be added to future membership payments.

Insurance

Members are responsible for securing their own health and accident insurance. Wakeman will not be responsible for injuries sustained by members as a result of their participation in Club activities.

Financial Aid

Those unable to afford membership or program fees should complete the financial aid application.  A copy of parents' most recent tax return must be submitted with financial aid application.  All requests will be given careful consideration. Additional third party verification of financial condition may be requested. A financial aid application is located at the top of the page.
