Registration

Many of Wakeman’s programs have been known to fill up right away as space is limited.
ALL registrations are taken on a first come, first serve basis.

THE TWO WAYS TO REGISTER FOR MOST  WAKEMAN PROGRAMS ARE:

(WHEN REGISTERING FOR THESE PROGRAMS, PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.)

  1. IN PERSON: You can COME DOWN to the club on the day of registration (indicated on the inside front cover of this book) at 10:00am (the Club opens at 9:00am). At this time you will sign your member up, pay for the program, and receive the necessary information.
  2. BY PHONE: You can CALL the Club on the day of registration (indicated on the inside front cover of this book) starting at 10:00am and place your child’s name on the program reservation list. You then have 48 hours to come in and pay for the program and receive the program guidelines.

Other Important Things To Know

To register for Wakeman programs you must be a member of the Club for the 2008/2009 program year. All 2007/2008 memberships expired on August 31, 2008 and everyone must fill out a new application and pay the appropriate fee. Registrations will be taken until the program is full and then a wait list will begin. No payment is required of the members on the wait list until they are accepted into the program.

You are only allowed to register the children in your family for Club membership AND programs.

1.      Fill out the appropriate registration.

2.      Read and follow all directions located on the registration form.

3.      Mail in your form on or after the appropriate day indicated on the registration form.  Any forms postmarked early will not be opened until a later date.

4.      Make sure your child is a current member before you mail in the registration form.

5.      All 2007/08 memberships expired on August 31, 2008 and must be renewed. Membership applications and the membership fee can be mailed along with the registration form if convenient.  Membership applications are not mailed out and must be picked up at the Club.

6.      If you are signing someone up for membership through the mail, THE MEMBERSHIP FEE MUST ACCOMPANY THE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION.

7.      Do not make copies of the membership application and do not put more than one child on the same form.

8.      Only family member registration forms can be mailed in the same envelope.

9.      Everyone will receive a postcard in the mail letting you know if your child has been accepted into the program.
