Conditioning 101

CONDITIONING 101    GRADES 8-10    $50

This is an instructional class for 8th-10th graders looking to take the next step in weight training. If your child is considering playing a spring sport this is the motivation they’ll want! The class will focus on training every major muscle group in the body and the best way to go about it. Participants will not just learn the proper ways of weight lifting they will learn how to build and maintain muscle.

Classes will be held Thursdays: March 8th- April 12th from 4:00pm-5:30pm.
